Elite Builders, Inc. completed the renovation to the main strip center in December of last year! We would like to thank Gary Conley, head contractor overseeing the project for his dedication and attention to detail during the 16-month period to transform the center. We would also like to thank Dayton & Thompson Associates, PC for assisting with the design plan. Galax Plaza has a refreshing new look that is updated and more inviting to customers! This year we will be renovating one of our out-parcel buildings that Twin County Wellness Center leases at Galax Plaza. The front exterior of the building will match the renovation design of the main strip center to bring unity to the shopping center. In addition, we have a 2,200sf out-parcel building available for lease at Galax Plaza and are willing to renovate this building as well.
Virginia Chenault, Property Manager for our firm, has successfully completed the requirements and state testing to obtain her Virginia Salesperson Real Estate License. We are pleased to have another skilled real estate professional on our team!

Galax Plaza Shopping Center – Grant’s Supermarket Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
Ron Martin, co-owner and CEO of Hometown Grocery LLC, known locally as Grant’s Supermarket, Marty Hall, Twin County Regional Chamber of Commerce President and numerous other Galax City Officials were present during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the newly opened Grant’s Supermarket at Galax Plaza. The event was held on Saturday, June 7th at noon.
